Nissan in GP Turbos' listings

Nissan never had its own section in the GP Turbos shop, but two kinds of Nissan work appeared among its other listings:

a hybrid upgrade for the Skyline GTS-t, listed in 2023 for R32, R33 and R34 cars
reconditioned standard turbos for the 2.2 dCi diesel in the Almera, Almera Tino, Primera and X-Trail, including part 452274-0004 for the Almera and Almera Tino

These are history rather than a current price list. A rebuild returns a turbo to standard; a hybrid upgrades the internals and needs supporting modifications and a matched calibration.

GP Turbos is independent of Nissan. Model names are used only to identify which cars a turbo fits.

Engines

Nissan engines and their turbos

Skyline GTS-t (R32, R33, R34)

Single-turbo straight-sixes; the RB25DET uses a T3-type turbo. Check which engine your car has.

Skyline GT-R (RB26DETT)

Twin Garrett turbos with ceramic turbine wheels as standard. N1 versions used steel turbine wheels, and the R34 N1 had ball-bearing Garrett GT25 units.

200SX and Silvia (SR20DET)

A Garrett T25G on the S13's SR20DET (the S13 200SX had the CA18DET instead), a Garrett T28 on the S14 and a ball-bearing T28 on the S15.

GT-R R35 (VR38DETT)

Two IHI turbos, one per cylinder bank, each with its turbine housing formed as part of the exhaust manifold. The left and right turbos are mirror-image parts with their own part numbers.
